This assessment has the user choose the skills they think they possess and then rate how well they perform those skills. Hard skills are not rated. Below is my summary of skills.
February 2019 Update
Well, look at me, a proper overachiever. I think active learning would probably move up, and maybe systems evaluation as well. Otherwise the rest I still pretty well agree with. I would like to see the descriptions and then maybe I'd drop some down to average. But I think inherently this is a flawed assessment. No one really wants to admit they are below average at something, but in reality some people have to be. That's just how averages work. Anyway, yeah, these are still pretty consistent.
